Our Academy Mission Statement

“Let the children come to me.”
Within the catholic Setting of our academy, all members of the school community at St Teresa’s work together to prepare the children in our care, to take their places in a multi-cultural society, developing in them a sense of peace, justice and respect.
St Teresa’s is a Catholic Primary Academy within the Bishop Cleary Catholic Multi-Academy Company. We are situated in the Parkfields area of Wolverhampton and are a one-form entry school for children aged 4-11 years. You can find out more about the Bishop Cleary Catholic MAC by visiting the website:  www.bccmac.co.uk

As a Catholic Academy we offer an education which is firmly rooted in our faith in God, for both Catholic children and children of other faiths. We are proud of our academy and it’s secure and caring environment. We believe that our faith based ethos allows children to develop academically, personally, spiritually and socially in order to achieve their full potential. We at St. Teresa’s, wish to work in partnership with you as parents and carers, to ensure that your children are given the best start to their education.
British Values Statement and Action Plan

“Keeping our children safe and ensuring schools prepare them for life in modern Britain could not be more important. This change is an important step towards ensuring we have a strong legal basis for intervening in those schools where this is an issue.” ~ DfE, 2013.
